American military systems integrator Sierra Nevada (SNC) is moving to capitalise on the enthusiasm, recently opening its first Australian subsidiary, based in Adelaide.

SNC AUS Aims to Grow; Develop Local Capability

The company is SNC’s second subsidiary in an AUKUS country following establishment of SNC Mission Systems UK in 2019.

U.S.-based Sierra Nevada Company announced Nov. 20 it is creating a new subsidiary in Australia as the two nations are increasing defense cooperation. The new company, SNC AUS, will be based at Lot Fourteen, South Australia, and will focus its work on electronic warfare, digital grid and digital RF.
